ABOUT ME

As a clinical counsellor, I am deeply committed to supporting my clients’ wellness and prioritizing their therapeutic journey. My approach is centered on meeting you where you are and collaborating to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals. Using strength-based, evidence-informed strategies, I often draw on techniques like self-regulation, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and exposure and response prevention. My passion lies in fostering holistic and empowering approaches to build lasting, meaningful change.

I aim to provide a compassionate, empathetic, and client-centered space where healing and wholeness can flourish. Whether you're navigating challenges or pursuing personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you. I’m so excited to connect with you and support you on your journey!

A little about me: I was born and raised in Lanigan, Saskatchewan, on my family’s farm, surrounded by animals like goats, horses, dogs, and cats. Growing up, I developed a love for Track and Field and competed as a sprinter for over 15 years. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan and hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. I’m also a certified counsellor with the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association. From a young age, I felt drawn to helping others, and through volunteer work, I discovered my true passion for counselling.

Fun Facts:

  • I love chihuahuas and have two of my own!

  • I’m also a bridal makeup artist and spend many weekends at weddings.

  • I have a serious love for Fresca—my fridge is always stocked!

  • On my days off, you’ll likely find me at the gym or out shopping.

Let’s work together to create a brighter, more balanced future!

Lets work together!
